How to make Japanese Corn Fried~
4-5 minutes
Ingredients
-Corn
-Garlic
-Instant Seaweed packs
-Butter
-Vegetable Oil
Seasoning
-Salt
-Soy Sauce (sweet ver.)
Utensils
-Pan
-Tea Spoon
-Spoon (any utensils you use when frying food)
-Scissors (to cut the seaweeds)
-Bowl
-Plate
First Step: Shred the corn hair and wash the corn afterward. Broke it in half then pull out the corns with your fingers slowly. Make sure you put a bowl underneath while pulling out the corns.
Second Step: Heat the pan and put the oil in. After one minute put a small amount of butter and let it melt.
Third Step: When the butter has melted put the garlic until it smells good and then put the corns in.
Fourth Step: Close the lid and wait for 2 minutes. Then open the lid, add salt and stir well.
Fifth Step: When the corn is shiny and is well cooked put one teaspoon of soy sauce and mix it.
Sixth Step: Afterward close the stove and place the fried corn in a plate. Use a pair of scissors to open the seaweed packs. Cut the seaweeds with the scissors do it on top of fried corn, and you are done!
Tip: Its very important to check the texture and taste it before you close the stove. You can put a little water if the corn become too dry when frying.
Recommend: Refreshing to eat at breakfast or lunch with rice or with mashed potatoes!!
